Return Policy
Original paintings, china plates, stationery and greeting cards may not be returned.

Since most of my orders are custom printed orders and each order is especially designed for each customer, I have a no refund/ exchange only policy for my online orders. You must call 423-345-3423 to get an authorization number before returning or an exchange will not be given.

Lithograph prints must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt.

Giclees, because they are printed on demand must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt.

Prints must be shipped back in good condition and in the same packaging before an exchange will be made.

If you wish to exchange a print, you will be responsible for return shipping to you.

Guarantee
I guarantee the quality of all prints that I sell. My giclees are printed by me. I do not guarantee that colors will be exactly what your computer shows. I use the same image from which I print to place on my web site. If you do not have your color adjusted, the colors may be different. I paint very realistic colors and if your monitor does not refect real colors, you need to color adjust your monitor. If you have any questions about color you may wish to call me at 423-345-3423 before ordering.

Shipping
We ship USPS. Your order will be shipped within three days of ordering, unless any material is on back order. You will be notified if this should happen. If you are ordering framed art, giclee' prints, giclee' cards, or stationary please allow two weeks lead time for custom printing. Framed prints may have additional shipping costs. You will be notified before your order is processed if this is the case.
