REFUNDS / RETURNS

Due to the fact these are original oil paintings and are one of a kind all sales are final. 

SHIPPING

When you place your order for an original your card is not charged immediately. I will contact you once I find out the cost for shipping through UPS. Anything over 8 x 10 is shipped insured with archival material. You are reserving that original. Any original 8 x 10 and less is shipped USPS Priority Mails. My smaller ones ship FREE.

If you have any questions and need assistance ether go to my CONTACT page or send an email to kym@www.livingoilpaintings.com and I will assist you in ordering. The shopping cart is a secure form of ordering. You do have the option of canceling the order once you find the shipping cost. It is difficult to price the shipping of an original. Commissions are priced the same way for shipping. 

PAYMENTS

 For anything under $1000.00 I ask for 50% deposit on your portrait. For anything more than $1000.00 I ask for  $500.00 deposit. As soon as I get your deposit I will put you on my schedule. I take VISA, Discover and MasterCard. You will be given a personal order on my shipping cart for your commission. If you would rather pay by phone you may call me at 213-444-9558.
